
Take your golf game to the next level with Bodies for Birdies, a series designed to improve your strength, mobility, and overall performance on the course! This unique program combines golf-specific strength training with active recovery to help you swing harder, move more fluidly, and prevent injury. Each week, you’ll focus on a different aspect of your body’s needs for golf. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just getting started, Bodies for Birdies will give you the tools to perform better on the course and feel great off of it.
Bodies For Birdies is now an ONGOING PROGRAM offered every week! You’ll pay once per month, and your spot auto-renews, so you stay enrolled and keep your routine consistent—no re-registering, no wondering if there will be space. Classes begin March 3rd at HealthSPORT McKinleyville – no membership required!
