A specialized 6-week fitness program focused on strength training, pelvic floor health, and hormone-friendly nutrition to help you navigate perimenopause, menopause, and beyond with confidence.

Why is strength training so important during menopause?

As estrogen declines, women lose muscle mass, experience slowed metabolism, and become more susceptible to bone density loss. Strength training rebuilds muscle, protects bones, keeps metabolism active, and helps you maintain a healthy weight.

Do I need to be a HealthSPORT member?

No! This program is open to everyone, members and non-members alike. Bring your friends.

What stage of menopause is this designed for?

All stages—perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. If you’re noticing hormonal changes, this program is for you.

Is this a group class or individual coaching?

It’s a small group class, limited to 8 participants per location. You’ll get personalized attention while training alongside a supportive community.

How much is workout vs. education?

The majority of each class is movement-based strength training. Along the way, you’ll also receive practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance to address symptoms like brain fog, sleep issues, and weight changes.

Will I leave with a plan to continue on my own?

Yes! You’ll receive workout templates and the knowledge to train independently after the program ends. If you want to keep training with us, you can join with an All Class Pass.

What happens to Thursday classes during Thanksgiving week?

The schedule is designed so all participants complete a full 6 weeks of training. Thursday classes during Thanksgiving will be made up to ensure everyone gets the full program.
