We are offering swim camp at both Eureka and Arcata HealthSPORT over Presidents Break and Spring Break 2026 for $275! Open to kids aged 5-12 years.

**Summer camps sell out SO fast, so we want everyone to be able to plan ahead.

Heads up! Please make sure you’ll be in town and ready to swim with us in 2026 because once you’re in, you’re in and there are no refunds because we want to keep it fair for all!

Camp Overview

Presidents Week and Spring Break Camps are the camps we all love. You know, it’s cold and rainy here and the kids are home and need exercise. Our Swim Camp team will make the week, fun and exciting and we also are so confident that we promise you’re going to notice a difference in confidence and/or performance with your little swimmer by the end!

Community Demos

We will bring in someone exciting from the community to speak to the campers centered around water safety. This is an interactive experience and the kids are always captivated by it!

Red Cross Curriculum

Water safety is number one here at HealthSPORT Swim Camp! We use Red Cross Water Safety curriculum. Each day, your swimmers will receive interactive water safety lessons from one of our expert instructors. By the end of camp, your little swimmer will be officially certified!

Daily Group Lessons & More!

Your swimmer will receive 5 FULL structured hours of swim lessons by an expert instruction within their specific skill set and leave us a stronger, more confident swimmer!

  • In addition, there will be opportunity each day for free swim, water play and games-with up to 8 hours total in the pool!
  • OH, and don’t forget about FUN, FUN , FUN with friends!..

*PLEASE PACK YOUR CAMPER A DAILY SNACK/LUNCH AND MULTIPLE DRY TOWELS.

*WE RECOMMEND A SEPARATE BAG TO DIVIDE WET CLOTHING

*PLEASE SEND COMFORTABLE CLOTHING & EASY TO SLIP ON FOOTWEAR FOR BEFORE/AFTER SWIM!

Frequently asked questions.

What are the requirements to attend camp?

  • Children attending camp must have prior water experience
  • Parents must notify staff upon registration of your child’s swim skill level
  • All campers must be fully potty trained
  • All campers must be able to change themselves, including from wet to dry clothes without assistance
  • Swim Camp requires the ability to be safe, respectful and responsible at all times. If a child is not able to follow instruction, it will compromise group safety and they will be sent home and exited from camp for the week
  • If your child has a food allergy, please let our staff know
  • There are no refunds with camp

Drop off and pick up policy

Drop off is between 8:30am-9:00am. We are not able to accept late campers as this conflicts with the daily schedule. Dismissal is between 12:45pm and 1pm. Pick-ups later than 5 minutes will incur a fee of $5 per minute.

What do I pack for my camper each day?

Please pack a daily change of clothes, dry towel, lunch, water bottle, pool shoes, and a bag to separate wet clothing.

What does the supervision look like?

A trained HealthSPORT staff member will be ensuring your child’s safety inside of the club all day including in the pool, locker rooms, and for dry land activities.

What does drop-off/pick-up look like?

A staff member will check your child in each day in the lobby.

This is where drop-off and pick-up will take place. Please be prepared to sign your child in/out and bring a legal ID for pick-up.

What is the daily schedule?

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Drop-offs & Check-in

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Stretches, Warm-ups & Water Safety Instruction

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Group Water Time

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Snack Break

11:30 AM – 12:15 PM: FREE PLAY Group Water Time

12:15 PM – 12:45 PM: Cool Down, Wrap-Up Activities, Getting Dressed

12:45 – 1:00 PM: Dismissal

How will campers be divided?

Camp will be divided up for water activity/instruction

based on age/ skill level.

Group Levels:

    • Level 1 (Beginners): Ages 5-7
    • Level 2 (Intermediate): Ages 8-10
    • Level 3 (Advanced): Ages 11-13
